Admission Procedures for New Kindergarten K4 and K5 Students:
Each prospective applicant and his/her parents/guardian must do the following:
Arrange an interview with the administrator.
Submit a certified copy of the student's birth certificate.
Submit a State of Florida Immunization Record and physical form.
Submit a copy of the student's social security card.

Submit copies of the last two report cards/transcripts.
Submit copies of the last two national standardized testing results.
Submit a copy of the student's social security card.
Take an entrance test (if necessary).
